THE TIMBER USED

The timber used for the building of these homes is Spruce which is subject to re-forestation.

Spruce was chosen because of its longevity, its ability to resist heat and cold, and by putting in the very best of insulation it can carry a most economic ‘U’ value.

The panels which make up any building are easily put together either by D.I.Y. or qualified tradesmen.

The panel system building can be erected very quickly, i.e. a two bedroom bungalow can be erected on footings in approx. 8 days.
